After eight transformative years, Lindsay Malachowski has announced her departure as Chief Operating Officer of SKINNEY Medspa and Wellness. Her departure marks the end of an era for one of the most influential names in the medspa industry, but it also signals an exciting new chapter in her already illustrious career.

A Journey Fueled by Collaboration

In a recent LinkedIn post, Malachowski reflected on her time at SKINNEY Medspa, expressing gratitude to the company’s co-founders, Adriana Martino and Marisa Martino, as well as the talented team she worked alongside.

From its humble beginnings—a single treatment room inside a doctor’s office on Manhattan’s Upper East SideSKINNEY Medspa has grown into a multi-location brand in New York City and Miami, and was called:

“One stop shop for all things beauty” – by Vanity Fair

Under the guidance of Malachowski and the Martino sisters, the brand formed national partnerships with Saks Fifth Avenue and became the first multi-unit medspa to collaborate with the prestigious French skincare brand Biologique Recherche. Their combined vision positioned SKINNEY Medspa as a market leader in non-invasive aesthetics, offering top-tier treatments like CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, and Eon.

Resilience in the Face of Adversity

Beyond expansion and innovation, SKINNEY Medspa faced one of the most challenging periods in recent history—the COVID-19 pandemic.

As beauty and wellness businesses shuttered around the globe, Malachowski credited the dedication of SKINNEY’s talented team and leadership for helping the business survive and ultimately thrive.

Thanks to their commitment, SKINNEY Medspa emerged stronger than ever, reinforcing its status as an industry leader.
